Returns
CT Race Worx takes a tremendous amount of pride in our hand crafted, made in the U.S.A. parts and any items returned to us as unused, not needed, duplicated order or ordered in error must be returned in the same condition as they were when they left our facility. CT Race Worx goes to great lengths to ensure that our parts are packaged in a way to protect them from drops from standing height when packaged. We understand that shipping companies can sometimes be rough in handling of packages and we pack our products accordingly. If customers receive their purchased product(s) in a box that appears to have been through war, please take photos from several angles and call our office for instructions immediately. Items damaged due to shipper negligence will be replaced at the cost of the shipper. CT Race Worx will handle all dealings and negotiations with the shipping company for outbound shipping issues. All items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee. We will not except returns on opened electronic equipment.
CT Race Worx Order Claims Policy -
CT Race Worx makes every effort to ensure that all orders leave our facility complete and include all necessary hardware or other parts for installation. We recognize that occasionally mistakes can happen and parts may be omitted or items are received in the wrong color or wrong part. CT Race Worx expects that all customers open and inspect packages within 10 days of shipper notification of delivery! All customer claims MUST include photographs of the packaging (including exterior of box) and a photograph of the CT Race Worx Packing Slip that is included on the outside of every package that leaves our facility. CT Race Worx shall be released from any liability for missing hardware or incorrect orders if notification from the receiving customer has not been made to our office by telephone or email within those 10 days. Customer claims of missing parts or hardware will be investigated by CT Race Worx staff. This includes reviewing boxed weight records, shipping records and tracking and quality assurance review. If it is determined that errors or omissions were our responsibility, CT Race Worx will ship all missing or incorrect items at our expense. Any customer claims which occur AFTER the 10 days of delivery date will result in the customer being held responsible for cost of hardware or replacement parts including shipping charges.
Shipping Policy -
CT Race Worx offers domestic and International shipping via UPS (United Parcel Service). Our headquarters are located in Monroe, NC (east coast USA) and shipping times and rates are set by UPS. UPS CANNOT deliver to Post Office Boxes!! We can ship Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground. Rates are shown during the checkout process. We try and fulfill orders as quickly as possible however lead times can vary because all of our parts are made in house and often times are made to order. If you have specific lead time questions, please call or email. We strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of Route Package Protection (check button at bottom of shipping selection page) to fully insure your order. Route Package Protection covers your order from shipping damage, shipping loss as well as theft after delivery all for a minimal fee. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about shipping.
